Even the laziest of person can spare one minute from the 24 hours of his day for doing if it helps him on the way towards his goal. For example, there are few people who do everything in the gym on their first day and then never show up again, the trick is to pace it right.

Setting up realistic goals will give you a sense of achievement which, in turn will motivate to do it more often.
