In the words of ace entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker Simon Sinek it is the ability to have excellent leadership skills. Considering how rapidly new-age organisations are rising and falling, the only to make a difference for any entrepreneur is to be a fabulous leader.
However, as Simon points out, a great leader isn’t just one who leads by example. He’s the one who holds onto his team, guides them, nurtures them and no matter how tough the times may get, never ever lets go off them!
In his TED talk, Simon spoke about this rather ignored aspect of leadership, citing various examples of great leaders who turned around the fortunes of their companies.
