The biggest misconception about the modelling industry is the ‘apparent’ shelf life of a model. They start young, and by the time they hit a certain age, they near the end of their career. Well, this model right here is here to put this misconception to rest.

Meet Nitin Mehta, an ex-army officer who is now a model. He served in the Indian Army for 21 years before he hung his olive-greens and took up this profession. And boy, we are all in support of his decision.

There is something about that salt-and-pepper look, topped off with the rugged-army man aesthetic, Nitin is giving many other models stiff competition.

He has also added walking the ramp to his roster, looking especially dapper while doing that too.

Would you believe us when we tell you he is just 47 years old?

He is an expert in making all different kinds of looks work for him. Is there anything he cannot pull off?

Looks like age is no bar for this man – because he is out to conquer the fashion world.
