There happened to be a collaboration between Baiju Dharmajan and Girish Pradhan and what followed is simply magical. Almost everybody would have heard Sweet Child O’ Mine by Guns N’ Roses, and this Indian cover by the duo is pure gold. Girish Pradhan is the vocalist for Girish And The Chronicles – a band based in Bangalore and popular for their electrifying performances. Baiju Dharmajan is an Indian guitarist and tutor based out of Kochi, Kerala. Noted for his Carnatic inspired music, he’s popularly known as the ‘God Of Small Strings’ among his fans. This cover blends the Indian with the Western and the result is just beautiful. Here’s the video.
