In a shocking incident in Uttar Pradesh, a 10-year-old boy was hospitalised after a 16-year-old girl forced him to have sex with her.
The incident reportedly took place in Kulhauli village near Kanpur when the girl entered the boy’s house in her neighborhood after striking a conversation and executed the act, reports IANS.
The boy sustained severe injuries in his private parts after the incident and started to bleed, the report adds.
Currently, he is undergoing treatment at the Hallet hospital in Kanpur. No case has been lodged yet as the police is finding it difficult to decide IPC sections.
Shalabh Mathur, SSP Kanpur, said that both the victim and the aggressor are minors, so filing a complaint in this case seems difficult.
According to Legal experts, a case can be lodged under the section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
