3 Terrorists Killed After They Attacked An Army Camp In Handwara Region Of J&K

Some terrorists on Thursday attacked an army camp in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, prompting security forces to retaliate, army informed.

 According to reports, three terrorists have been killed. 

“At around 5 AM, militants opened firing on an army camp at Langate in Handwara region, which was retaliated by the alert jawans,” an army official said. The terrorists were in Army combat uniform. Two jawans have been injured in the attack

He said there was a stand-off firing for about 15-20 minutes.”The troops were alert and the attack was foiled,” the official said, adding that a search operation was going on.
