Three labourers working with the General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF) were killed as terrorists attacked a camp of the organisation at Battal along the LoC early on Monday morning.

The GREF is a sub-division of the Border Roads Organisation, which is part of the Indian Army.

All army camps in Jammu and Kashmir have been put on high alert following the attack.

The terrorists are believed to have entered Indian territory from across the LoC.

The 3 terrorists who carried out the attack haven’t been traced after police personnel reached the spot. The army has cordoned off the area.

The attack comes 40 days after terrorists attacked an army camp at Nagrota.
