6 Injured As Armed Men Open Fire Outside Court In Haryana’s Rohtak

Six persons were Tuesday injured when some armed men opened indiscriminate fire outside the district court complex in Rohtak, targeting a gangster who had come there for a hearing.

Police said that some four men, dressed as women, were waiting for gangster Ramesh Lohar outside the Rohtak court complex and opened fire on him and his aides immediately after they arrived there, police said. 

The attackers escaped on a motorcycle after the incident. Six persons, including Lohar and a lawyer, were injured in the firing. They were rushed to PGIMS, Rohtak. 

The condition of one of them is stated to be critical, police said. Forensic experts have been rushed to the spot, police said.
