Arnab Goswami’s New Venture Will Be Called ‘Republic’

Almost a  month after resigning from Times Now, Arnab Goswami has announced his new venture which will be called ‘Republic’ on Thursday.

Goswami told The News Minute, “My venture is called ‘Republic’; I seek the support of the people of India.”

Goswami refused to divulge any other details and only said that work is on to get the venture up and running. According to reports, the new venture will be based out of Mumbai and will start airing before the UP elections in 2017.

The popular journalist had shot to fame for his unique style of debates in his popular show The NewsHour.

Journalist Rahul Shivshankar has taken his place as the new editor-in-chief of the channel.
