In the post, reiterating the government’s stance on intolerance, Jaitley has appealed to “every well-wisher of India and the present government” not to make statements that could vitiate the atmosphere and obstruct growth. He also disapproved the move of the creative personalities and literary icons to return their awards branding them ‘rabid anti-BJP elements’ and their protest a manufactured rebellion.
