Only recently, Tahira Kashyap – wife of actor Ayushmann Khurrana – had overcome Stage 0 cancer with a mastectomy, and shared her brave journey on social media.
Unfortunately, she has now once again been diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer, and she revealed the news through an Instagram post.
Earlier too, Tahira had shared a positive and strong message on having beaten the disease with love and determination, and she now shared that she is ready to do that once again.
She is currently undergoing a 12-session chemotherapy, 6 sessions of which are still pending. She also talked about how half the battle may have been won, but she will continue to endure and come out stronger.
She also shared a heartfelt note, thanking her best friend, husband and parents, for supporting her and ‘never giving up on her’.
It is truly inspiring to see a spirit like hers, and we hope for her complete recovery.
