BCCI President Jagmohan Dalmiya Passes Away In Kolkata, Cricket Community Grieves

The president of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Jagmohan Dalmiya breathed his last on Sunday, September 20. He was 75 years old.

He was admitted to BM Birla Heart Research Centre ICU after he complained about severe chest pain, following a heart attack on September 17.

An angioplasty was performed on him and his condition was stable for close to three days. However, he was declared dead on Sunday night, reported NDTV .

Dalmiya had a long inning with BCCI. He held the position as the BCCI president and served as the ICC president as well.
