Bengaluru Airport Gets Diaper-Changing Station In Men’s Loo, Internet Hails Move

The Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru appears to really be making some progressive changes.

Recently, Ali Samhaan, a passenger from Maldives, tweeted a picture of a diaper-changing station in the men’s toilet.

Many people were pleasantly surprised that this kind of provision was no longer just confined to the space of the woman. In today’s day and age, both men and women take care of house tasks such as taking care of the baby, and there should be no pre-defined gender roles.

Understandably, the post got a whole lot of appreciation and love.

It’s good to see this kind of change in our airports. It’s much needed and high time it happened.
