Pradamini Kumari

Yesterday (10th June 2019), Jupiter and its moons could be seen clearly through a pair of good binoculars or a telescope. Getting to see stunning, spectacular images of Jupiter and its moons was possible because Jupiter was at its closest distance to earth for the year. Some people got to see Jupiter with its four largest moons and while the others were lucky enough to get a glimpse of the banded clouds that surround the planet.

This definitely was a spectacle that occurred only once-in-a-lifetime. Therefore, netizens didn’t waste anytime and they decided to capture some breath-taking images of Jupiter and its moons.

Jupiter and its moons truly looked spectacular in the night sky.
