In a shocking revelation, a man who was earlier arrested on charge of murdering his live-in partner and entombing her body in his Bhopal house, has now disclosed that he had killed his parents too, reported Hindustan Times.

Udyan Das confessed to the cops that he had killed his parents Indrani and V.K. Das in Raipur six years ago and buried them inside their Raipur residence.

To verify his claims, Raipur police conducted a search and were shocked to find two skeletons and some bones around eight feet below the ground, from their earlier residence. One of the human remains still had gold bangles and other jewellery on it, leading to suspicion that it could be of Das’ mother Indrani.

The skeletons have been sent for forensic and DNA tests to confirm their identities.

According to Raipur police, Das murdered his parents probably in 2010.

“The accused was studying engineering and had failed to clear his exams. He had not revealed this to his parents. On being asked by his parents as to why he wasn’t getting a job, he decided to kill them,” the officer told The Hindu.

He then sold the house to an advocate in 2013, three years after he killed his parents and also got death certificates prepared from Itarsi in Madhya Pradesh according to police sources.
