While kids all over the world were tucked into their beds waiting for Santa Claus to arrive at their doorstep, Progeria patient Nihal Bitla shared his Christmas greetings and Santa Claus moments with all his supporters on Facebook.
“I can’t afford to send gifts to everyone so I send you as much love as your heart can hold,” Nihal wrote on his Facebook page.
