On Wednesday, air quality in Delhi remained ‘severe’ with dense fog covering a major part of the city. It also affected Noida and some parts of north India.

The Delhi Traffic police confirmed that PM 2.5 & PM 10 level remained above normal standards in several areas.

According to an ANI report, the Air Quality Index (AQI) remained 401 in Anand Vihar, 333 in RK Puram and 373 in Shadipur.

The foggy weather has also affected movement of traffic which has slowed down, majorly affecting the Delhi-Noida and Delhi-Gurgaon expressways. It has also led to the delay of some flights to and from the city, reports NDTV.
