Quacquarelli Symonds, a leading agency in the field of academic rankings, released lists on Wednesday where it ranked colleges and disciplines across the world.
While India did not fare too well in most departments, some institutions did find a place in top 100.
Courses from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi, Mumbai and Kharagpur), Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University and the Indian Institute of Science (Bangaluru), have featured in the latest worldwide Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) rankings.
