Yesterday saw PM Modi and his cabinet of ministers participating in the oath-taking ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhawan. With the swearing in done, the full list of cabinet ministers and their portfolios was finally released. There were some surprise additions, some heavy names were dropped, and there was a massive rejig of powers.
The PM has clearly gone for a slimmer cabinet his second time around.
