I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news for all those wrestling aficionados who booked their tickets to see John Cena live in New Delhi next weekend; but the most loved WWE superstar will not be making an appearance in India.
John Cena picked up a shoulder injury as a result of a torn rotator cuff and will be flying to Birmingham, Alabama, for a surgery. WWE officials have confirmed Cena’s non-participation in the WWE LIVE tour in New Delhi, at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on the 15-16th of January.
Now that’s a bummer for all the hopefuls who thought they’d get to catch him live in action. I think we should come to terms with reality and accept his “You Can’t See Me” challenge.
