K’taka Minister Claims His Remark On Bengaluru Molestation Was Misinterpreted!

After being slammed for his controversial remark on incidents of women allegedly being molested by groups of men on New Year’s eve in Bengaluru, Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara now claims his statement was misinterpreted.

 He addressed a press conference and said,

In a fresh statement to the media, he claimed that this incident shouldn’t sabotage the city’s reputation with regard to women’s safety.

He further stated that steps will be taken to increase the city’s safety.

He also said that a report would be prepared on the incident
