Vijay Mallya Breaks His Silence, Hits Out At Arnab And Media Trial

Vijay Mallya has become the subject of a heated debate in the nation and all over the media after he was found to have left the country when the Supreme Court issued a notice to him for non payment of loans to 13 banks. Now, he has broken his silence through Twitter and slammed media houses.

In a series of tweets, Mallya accused Times Now editors of deceit, libel and slander. He, then, went on to rubbish claims about him being an absconder and said he traveled frequently for business.

The liquor baron, who had also talked of co-operating with the investigation earlier, hit out at media trials.

SC has given Mallya two weeks to respond to its notice, and authorities have been trying to work out a way to bring him back to India.
