In a shocking incident, CCTV footage of a 46-year-old man sexually assaulting a 4-year-old has come to light in Hyderabad. The heinous and horrific act was captured by the c amera installed in the culprit’s house.
It was handed over to the police by a technician who was taking a backup of the footage, according to IBN-LIVE .
The sexual predator identified as Mohammad Akram Khan has been arrested. He claims that the girl had approached him and came close to him. Akram also admits his mistake later.
Police has registered a case against Akram under Section 377 IPC, 363 IPC, 366 IPC, 419 IPC, 534 (A)(1) (i) of Nirbhaya Act and Section 5 R/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences(POCSO) Act.
