Do we have the authority to decide the rights of other citizens in the country? Can just about anyone take the law in their hands and ‘serve justice’ to someone they accuse of ‘wrongful’ actions?
This video shows a Meitei woman beating up a Nepali woman at her house because she does not approve of non-Manipuris settling down in the state. After slapping the woman, she chops off her hair and beats her up. As if this was not bad enough, she makes a spectacle out of it. And it appears that the majority lies with the Meitei woman.
