Pretty much everyone knows just how frustrating bureaucratic work in India can be. Dealing with government employees in Delhi is like running a damn triathlon, except you don’t get a medal at the end and the hoops you have to go through are made of clerks who are married to lunch breaks. Once in a while though, something beautiful happens. Recently, a certain Delhi government employee was merrily watching movies on his computer while scores of patients waited in lines outside. Little did this dude know that Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was on a surprise visit to check the premises!
