Unrest Among Dalits In Gurgaon After Miscreants Destroy Statue Of BSP Founder Kanshi Ram

The desecration of statues of Dalit icon Dr BR Ambedkar has triggered unrest in different parts of the country in the past, and now miscreants seem to have found a new target in BSP founder Kanshi Ram, whose statue was vandalised in Gurugaon.

In a shocking video footage, a group of unidentified men, with their faces covered, are seen entering the Ambedkar Bhavan premises in Gurugaon, as one of them is seen smashing Dalit leader Kanshi Ram’s statue with a hammer and fleeing the spot.

The incident occurred around 3 on Monday afternoon in Sector 4 of Gurugaon.

The action has caused unrest among Dalits in Gurugaon, who have warned the police of protests if the culprits are not apprehended soon, ABP News reported
