On Monday, a 22-year-old man was arrested after a video of him firing multiple shots in the air, went viral.
The incident took place in Falaknuma in Hyderabad where Mirza Ibrahim Ali Beig, an MBA student, fired 12 rounds in the air outside his house to celebrate his birthday.
(However, a Bangalore Mirror report names Md Shoeb, a person present at the birthday party of Beig, as the accused in the case.
Although the video was reportedly shot and uploaded on May 5 by the accused, it was spotted by the police only on Monday.)

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, the Beig has been booked under the Arms Act. Falaknuma ACP Tajuddin also said that action will be taken against the owner of the weapons too. Reportedly, the revolver was owned by a relative of Ali.
The same report also mentions that the revolver used in the firing belonged to his father, Muhammad Ali Baig.
