Rahul Gandhi’s A British National, Cancel His Citizenship: Swamy Writes To PM

In his latest attack on his favourite target, BJP leader Dr Subramanian Swamy has written to PM Narendra Modi accusing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of being a British national and asking him to cancel the Congress vice president’s citizenship.

In his letter , Dr Swamy has said that Gandhi, who is currently a Lok Sabha MP, is also the Director and Secretary of a company called BACKOPS LIMITED in the United Kingdom.

According to Swamy, in the company’s annual returns, the Congress MP has declared himself to be a British national and has also declared an address in the United Kingdom.

Swamy claims that under Article 18 of the Constitution, Gandhi has committed an unconstitutional act and is therefore liable to stripped of his citizenship and membership of the Lok Sabha.
