Retired Army Man Finds His Stolen Honda City Car On OLX, Gets Thief Arrested

It was the unchanged number plate ‘DL 4CR 0757’ of the Black Sedan, that caught Kulwant Singh’s eye while he was surfing the site.

Singh had lost the vehicle a few months ago and filed a complaint with the local police. He had almost given up hope of finding his car and started looking for second-hand vehicles .That’s when he took to surfing OLX.

Reportedly, his car was in the same old condition, carrying the same number plate.

According to a report by The Times of India, the army man disguised himself as a prospect buyer and got in touch with the advertiser identified as Ahmad. After striking a deal with him, he scheduled a meeting at Sector 21-25, where the police arrested him. Ahmad, on the other hand, claimed that he bought the car from a man named Zulfikar in Uttar Pradesh’s Loni district and decided to sell it off after using it for some months.
