When it comes to deal with the shock, horror and sheer brutality of rape cases, Indian leaders are as tone deaf as they come. Everything from outright denial to casting aspersions on the character of the victim is used as a means to propagate one’s own agenda. Over the years, some of these people have offered advice so sickening, they deserve their own place on this hall of shame.
