Even though Saina Nehwal couldn’t earn any medal for the country in the ongoing Rio Olympics, there’s no doubting the fact that she’d put in her 100% on the court.

The star shuttler is currently undergoing knee treatment in Hyderabad.

So now that P.V. Sindhu became the first Indian woman to enter an Olympic badminton final, a Twitter user decided to undermine Saina’s efforts by telling her that her time is up.

To everybody’s pleasant surprise, Saina turned out to be a sport off the court as well, and gave him this befitting reply.

However, the twitterati was in no mood to let him off so easily and jumped in to support the player.

The user soon realised his mistake and apologised to Saina.

To which Saina replied with this tweet proving why she’s a class apart. Respect!

Well said, Saina! Have a speedy recovery.
