‘Sasural Simar Ka’ Child Actor Shivlekh Singh Dies In A Car Accident

Child artist Shivlekh Singh, known for his role in the soap opera Sasural Simar Ka, passed away in a car accident on 18th July 2019. He was fourteen years old.

According to reports, his car collided with a truck on the outskirts of Raipur and the actor passed away on the spot.

His mother Lekhna Singh and father Shivendra Singh are reportedly severely injured, and another person identified as Naveen Singh also suffered serious injuries.

Reports also added that the family was on their way to Raipur from Bilaspur for media interviews with Shivlekh when the accident took place. Superintendent of Police Arif Sheikh told PTI that they are on the lookout for the truck driver who escaped the accident scene, leaving behind his vehicle.

Shivlekh Singh originally hailed from Janjgir-Champa district in Chhattisgarh, and the family had been staying in Mumbai for the past decade.

The child actor was known for his roles in Sasural Simar Ka, Sankatmochan Hanuman, Agnifera and was also seen in several TV reality shows.
