Serena and Venus Williams, known on the tennis circuit as the William sisters, are two of the most talented tennis players and also come under scrutiny from time to time. Be it learning tennis in Compton from their father, or growing up to be strong women in their mid thirties, the siblings and co-competitors have always shared a special bond.
After beating elder sister Venus at the U.S. Open on Tuesday, to advance to the semi-finals, Serena won hearts ‘love all’, even before winning the tournament.
In an adorable Instagram post captioned, “She has my heart”, Serena posted four pictures showing their journey through life, as they stood by each other’s side. Serena wrote,”Memories make my heart filled with more joy than I can express. A lifetime with @venuswilliams will not be enough.”
