Looking relaxed ahead of their World Twenty20 encounter against Australia on Sunday, Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni today took some time out to play golf along with Rohit Sharma and team director Ravi Shastri.
While all the action on the cricket field was taking place in Mohali as Australia played Pakistan in a group encounter, nearly 12 km away ‘captain cool’ was playing a different sport at the Chandigarh golf club.
Dhoni, wearing a stubble, was smartly dressed in his golf attire and a pair of blue aviators.
Dhoni, who led his team to a nailbiting one-run win over Bangladesh, elegantly swung the club.
Sharma and Shastri wore a pair of shorts and a t-shirt.
The Indian skipper looked relaxed and confident ahead of Sunday’s match.
The Indian team, which arrived in Chandigarh yesterday, will be having a three-hour practice session at the IS Bindra PCA stadium tomorrow.
