There is nothing that Baba Ramdev can’t do – yoga, kabaddi, wrestling, politics and now football. Clad in saffron dhoti and orange shoes, Ramdev played a charity match against parliamentarians at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in New Delhi on Sunday – and was the star attraction.
Ramdev was raising awareness about the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ and the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Badhao’. However, to see him running around in his usual attire on a football pitch – even if for a good cause – was quite hilarious.
Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Dino Morea and Sidharth Malhotra also played in the game, but with Ramdev on the pitch, all eyes were on one man only.
