This Is How Much Illegal Cash, Liquor & Gold Has Been Recovered From 3 Poll-Bound States

Ahead of the state elections in Uttar Pradesh, Manipur and Uttrakhand, the election authorities have recovered a substantial amount of illegal cash, liquor and drugs worth lakh of rupees in the three states. 

These agencies work under the direct supervision of the Election Commission during polls to ensure that cash, drugs, liquor and even precious metals like gold and silver are not used to influence voters.
