Twitter Goes Crazy After Salman Khan Gets Acquitted In Both Poaching Cases

Bollywood actor Salman Khan was on Monday acquitted by the Rajasthan High Court in two cases related to poaching of Chinkaras in Jodhpur in 1998.

The court held that the pellets recovered from the Chinkaras were not fired from Khan’s licensed gun.

While only handful of the Twitterratti appeared to have welcomed the verdict…

Most people raised concerns over how the endangered animals were killed!

Few even openly expressed their absolute displeasure with the verdict.

Many drew analogy to the 2002-hit-and-run case verdict which stated that there was not even concrete evidence to sentence the star actor.

There were some, who had their own funny take on the verdict.

Some even used this verdict to highlight how notoriously slow the judicial system in the country functions.
