The three-time Chief Minister Of Delhi, Sheila Dikshit has passed away According to India Today, Shiela Dikshit had been ill for a long time. She was admitted at around 10.30 AM today and passed away at 3.30 PM at a city hospital.
Her colleagues in the parliament and the people of Delhi have been mourning her death and have offered condolences to her friends and family.
