Here’s How Twitter Reacted After AIADMK Demanded Nobel Prize For Late Jayalalithaa

Amidst an intra-party rift in the ruling party AIADMK in Tamil Nadu, a 14-point resolution was passed on Thursday along with the appointment of former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s close aide VK Sasikala as the General Secretary of the party.

In the resolution, the party appealed to the Central Government to award the Bharat Ratna to the deceased leader for her work towards women’s welfare.

It also sought the Ramon Magsaysay Award from the Philipines, as well as the Nobel Prize for providing nutritious food for everyone in the state.

Well, that’s a bit too much and, expectedly, Twitter jumped in and trolled the workers for proposing such a demand.
