Watch This Meteorite-Like Fireball Make Its Way Across The Skies In Bangkok

Monday was a crazy day in Bangkok when the residents saw a huge ball of fire up in the sky at 8.45am. The capital of Thailand witnessed the crash of the humungous fireball with some people even assuming it to be a meteorite.

As per Thai PBS reports, the residents of the Sisawat district in Kanchanaburi province, some 200km from the capital, said that t he fireball was huge. There were also reports of two thunderous explosions. So, a team of rescue workers was sent to the place which was assumed to be the crash site.

But this is not the first time that something like this has been spotted. Last year in Russia, a similar explosion in Chelyabinsk region left 1,200 people injured and several buildings damaged.
