Here’s What Arnab Goswami Told Times Now Colleagues After His ‘Final’ Newshour Show

SW Staff

If you tuned it with bated breath on Tuesday evening, he didn’t say anything about the fact that he had quit during the Newshour. News anchor Arnab Goswami kept his believers hoping it wasn’t true that he was leaving the channel that is now associated with him, but after the show he held a meeting with staff in which he told them to never lose faith in the “independent media”.

In an unverified video that has been circulating on Facebook, Goswami is seen telling colleagues after the NewsHour to never lose faith in the independent media.

“The game starts now,” Goswami is heard saying in the video.

“Don’t ever lose your faith in independent media. Nobody can teach us independent media. The independent media has come, will happen. I’ve been able to do it only because of that,” he says.
