As the government organised the Kankaria carnival in the city, several police personnel were present for bandobast duty, and one was caught walking around and groping women.
The cop was caught in the act and the video went viral, as the administration swung into action when the clip reached them, The Times Of India reported. Since the official was filmed from behind, authorities are still trying to figure out his identity.
