This Video Of Cops Forcibly Making Shaktimaan Play Holi Is The Pits

Imagine your leg was amputated a week ago (God forbid!). You’re depressed, in pain and recovering, trying hard to keep a positive face. Now, people you barely know… enter your house and force you to play holi with them in a desperate bid to click selfies. How would you feel?

No need to answer that. It was a rhetorical question.

But that’s exactly what Shaktimaan would’ve felt on Thursday, when cops in Dehradun forcefully played Holi with the police horse, who had his gangrenous leg amputated on March 17, after it was subjected to a brutal attack allegedly by BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi during a BJP protest on March 14.

If the politicians making a beeline towards Shaktimaan’s stable wasn’t bad enough, now these Dehradun cops in an inconsiderate move, smeared colours on the horse and clicked selfies with him to get their 15 minutes of fame.

Watch the video below and see for yourself:

From the above video, it is as clear as daylight that Shaktimaan isn’t exactly enjoying the festival of colours, trying hard to move away from the person looking to smear colours over the horse.

This episode also begs the question: Will the same cops shown so much of supposed care and affection and played holi with Shaktiman had him not gained so much popularity?

Even Twitter wasn’t very happy about this self-centered act by the Dehradun cops.
