Ramkissoon was allegedly drunk when she got into an Uber cab without a reservation and started verbally abusing and physically attacking the driver, reports CBS Miami.

The incident allegedly took place in the early morning hours on Sunday. The video has garnered over 10 lakh views since it was posted on YouTube.

According to the Miami Herald, no charges were pressed by the Uber driver. However, Ramkissoon is facing disciplinary measures from Jackson Health System and is currently on administrative leave.

The video of confrontation was uploaded by a poster named Juan Cinco on YouTube. It said he had called for an Uber driver but when the driver arrived, “out of nowhere the girl in the video gets in the backseat of his car and won’t get out. We told the driver it was ok, to just cancel our ride, but he did not want to take her anywhere so he kept telling her to get out.”
