The latest victims are Dhanbad ADM Anil Kumar Singh, who was almost suspended for walking past Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das while he was speaking. And Bokaro’s district collector was ordered out for talking on the phone.
Raghubar Das who was irked by Singh’s action said, ” Kaun hai yeh adhikari, suspend karo issko, tameez nahi hai? “(who is this official. Suspend him. He doesn’t have any manners?)
