Watch: 6-Year-Old Was Born Without A Hand, So They Gifted Him A 3D Printed One

Christmas is that time of the year when children and adults from across the globe exchange gifts. It’s the time when love and magic unfold. And this year, Christmas has come early for a boy named Cooper from Huntington.

The six-year-old was born without a left hand. He was spotted by a professor at the MountWest Community and Technical College who decided to help him. Ted Triplet led his students to make a 3D printed hand for Cooper. The boy’s family was overwhelmed by the gesture.

The hand allows Cooper to perform day to day functions which he couldn’t earlier and can easily be controlled. This very special gift which will change his life.

The innovation combining human spirit, technology and a love for giving, is undoubtedly one of the best Christmas gifts this holiday season.
