A policeman was found lying on the road completely drunk in the Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh. He was apparently on duty but couldn’t even stand up.
Rajesh Kumar Pandey, deployed at the Police Lines area was being licked by stray dogs, according to eyewitnesses, before being taken away on a stretcher by other police officials, reports India Today.
