In the last few years, WhatsApp has become an integral part of our lives and it that has completely changed the way we communicate. From pictures to videos, a huge amount of data is transferred every second across the world.
Taking a step further, the messaging App is now available on Desktops as well. To ensure that users can stay in touch, the app synchronises conversations and messages from the mobile device.
We downloaded the app on the desktop and it just works perfectly.
Currently, the new desktop app is only available for Windows 8+ and Mac OS 10.9+. The desktop will provide notifications with better keyboard shortcuts, and more.
The app can be dowloaded from https://www.whatsapp.com/download from the desktop browser. After opening the app, one just needs to scan the QR code using the WhatsApp app on the phone ( WhatsApp Web menu under Settings).
