Diwali is a time of celebration for Indians. But more so, when one of our most popular cricketers, Yuvraj Singh, gets engaged to his girlfriend, model-turned-actress, Hazel Keech. Or maybe the loud blasts you heard on November 11, was the sound of millions of hearts breaking!
Close on the heels of Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra’s wedding, Yuvraj and Hazel exchanged rings in a private ceremony in Bali, Indonesia, on Wednesday evening.
The engagement, reported India Today , was not as much of a surprise, considering Bhajji and Yuvi had more or less revealed their plans in a much-followed Twitter chat :
For the uninitiated, the ex- Bigg Boss contestant, Hazel, had been dating Yuvraj for a while now. She was even clicked with Yuvi at Bhajji’s wedding. Of course the WAG looks familiar. The fair damsel was seen in the 2011 film Bodyguard , along with with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. She also did an item number in Maximum .
