Union Minister Piyush Goyal while speaking at an event recently attributed the foundation of Facebook to Mark Zuckerberg’s spiritual journey in India.
Talking about how spirituality has kept India united since ages, he went on to say that, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg came up with the social networking site after meeting a spiritual guru in India.
According to the Times of India, Goyal claimed,
Zukerberg had not completed his study at Harvard University but when he visited Neem Karoli Baba in India, he acquired knowledge and a unique point of view to see the world differently. There was power of spirituality behind it. Only after that he did such a big thing (Facebook).
He also thinks that the tech-giant Steve Jobs, founder of Apple also started his life after taking spiritual lessons from Indian spiritual gurus.
